You will be able to implement this update only if you are using a retail version of Photoshop CS5. Beta versions of the application will not be updated by Adobe Photoshop 12.0.1 updater. If you are still using a prerelease version of the product you may buy Adobe Photoshop CS5 at Adobe website.
